Rio Wolta is a Swiss composer, musician and director for various kinds of musical projects except musicals. He is known for mixing art forms, including film, theater, live music, sound installation and dance. Frequently in collaboration with Piet Baumgartner. In 2022 he founded his own music publishing company together with Daniel Hobi. Rio Wolta was born in 1988, survived his teens in the Swiss Alps, studied history and lives in Zurich.
